FAQ's
What is your minimum order?
For hats, polos, work shirts, and t-shirts, we typically require a minimum of 5 items per design. Smaller orders may be considered as samples.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders are completed within 5–7 business days after payment approval, proof approval, and receipt of blank apparel. Rush orders are available for tighter deadlines — just ask!
Do you provide proofs before production?
Yes. Every order comes with a digital proof for review, ensuring your logo and design look perfect before stitching begins.
Can I bring my own items for embroidery or printing?
Yes! You can bring your own items for embroidery or digital printing.
Screen Printing: We do not accept customer-provided items. All items must be supplied by us for screen printing.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes. The larger the order, the lower the per-item price, making it easy to outfit your entire team efficiently.
What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?
- For print and screen printing: We require vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). If you don’t have them, we can convert other formats to vector for a fee.
- For embroidery: We need a DST or EMB file. If you don’t have one, send us a clear image (any format) and we’ll create the file for a fee.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order directly from our location.
